I'm sure the people who know me could argue some of these, this is me trying to reflect and be honest with myself... and you guys too.
My Strengths
-I'm willing to try anything, attempt anything
-I love what I do (my classes)
-I'm kind, and usually polite
-I catch on fast, learn fast
-I'm smrt. Kidding. I mean smart
-Apparently I think I'm funny
-I'm strong in body and mind (however, note my mention on will power below)
-I'm strong in body and mind (however, note my mention on will power below)
My Weaknesses
-I procrastinate...alot
-I have very little will power with some issues, too stubborn with others
-I'm lazy
-I love my sweets
-Things that really bother me I brush off
-I have a wicked temper (as previously stated)
There you go. Both of these lists can be longer, of course, but these are what came to mind. The goal of this post is to let everyone know about me, know me better, and therefore hold me accountable. On this note, I want to send out a plea. As I said, I'm lazy, and I procrastinate. A bad combination. I need random and spontaneous kicks-in-the-rear, both self-inflicted and from others. I can cover the self-inflicted, but the rest...

I'll be happy to help with anything I can. You'll
be surprised how easy the eating gets after you get used to it. Randy and I have got into the habits and have managed for the most part to keep it up.The biggest thing for me was the Myoplex bars. We put these into the mid morning and late after noon meals. It fills the gap and you are not scrabbling to cook something else. I'll bring my favorite for you on Friday if you are in class. You can buy them at Safeway so I just add them to my grocery list. The biggest bonus is they taste verrry chocolatey. Helps me with the cravings.
